FAQ

Plain answers before a support conversation.

The current site does not invent availability, service levels, or platform relationships. Here is what can be stated plainly.

FAQ

Questions teams ask us

Short answers to the questions that usually shape a first conversation.

Which public clouds do you support?
247 Tech Care works across Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Tencent Cloud, Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, and BytePlus. The site describes typical console, access, resource, backup, and monitoring work for each.
Is chat support available right now?
Yes. Use the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of any page to start a conversation. Opening a chat does not create an automatic response-time promise.
Do you promise 24/7 coverage?
No blanket coverage promise is made on this website. Availability, escalation paths, and response expectations need to be agreed for a specific engagement.
Will you make changes without approval?
No. Work is scoped and authorized. Changes that carry production risk should have an explicit approval path and a rollback plan owned by the customer team.
Are you a cloud reseller or a platform partner?
This site describes operational support, not resale. Cloud platform names are trademarks of their respective owners, and no partner or certification status is implied.
Can you work alongside our internal IT team?
Yes. A common model is for your team to retain account ownership and change authority while 247 Tech Care handles investigation, console operations, documentation, and follow-through within an agreed scope.
What should we avoid sending in chat?
Never send credentials, API keys, private keys, access tokens, full customer records, or other secrets. Share identifiers and error text that help explain the problem without exposing sensitive access material.
What details make the first conversation useful?
Include the cloud platform, account or subscription context, region if relevant, the symptom, when it started, recent changes, and whether the issue affects production. Redact secrets before sharing any evidence.
